Abstract
Organized breast cancer screening programs exclude from screening many women with a high risk of breast cancer. Integration of these women in such organized screening programs will be interesting, not only because of the examinations are free of charge, but also for second reading and evaluation processes. It will be unreasonable to integrate women at very high risk because of the specificity of imaging screening and the level of expertise required. For other women at high risk of breast cancer, it will be interesting to include them in the organized system, but there are a lot of limitations mainly for identifying these women and establishing reliable databases for the invitation and follow-up.
