Abstract
In case of acute abdomen emergencies in pregnancy, diagnosis and surgical options are not always easy. Nevertheless, a delayed treatment could be responsible of a poor prognosis for the foetus or the mother. Laparoscopic surgery is of interest even in pregnancy, but some limits should be known. The authors explain main diagnosis and treatments options in cases of acute appendicitis, acute bowel obstruction, pancreatitis, abdominal haemorrhage, ovarian cysts and tumours, uterine adnexal torsion and, at least, abdominal pregnancy.
