Abstract
The mammography is the prologue of everything that will come. The radiologist is the one who discovers an infra-clinical anomaly and then performs biopsy. The radiologist may provide one of the consultations to announce the results, depending on their involvement in senology, their personal expertise and their integration in the care network. Whatever the ways and means, an ideal announcement does not exist and it is not possible to avoid bad news. Guidelines are useful to increase radiologists' communication.
