Abstract
Poland's syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by absence or hypoplasia of pectoral muscle and ipsilateral upper limb abnormalities. Association of Poland's syndrome and malignancies have been reported with this syndrome. It is a predisposition to develop cancers more than a mere coincidence, given the number of cases reported. All types of cancer may occur. Nevertheless, the association of breast cancer and Poland's syndrome is very rare. We report an exceptional association of Poland syndrome and contralateral breast cancer in a patient of 30Â years.
