Abstract
In reproductive women, various physiologic conditions must be known by the radiologist to perform the exam. The exogenous hormones, as contraception, estrogen, progestative, antioestrogen, change the uterin and ovary morphology. The patient hormonal status must always be considered to improve diagnosis performance of women's imaging.
