Perineal ultrasound is an aid in the assessment of pelvic floor disorders alone or in combination with MRI static in addition to the clinical examination. Perineal ultrasound is especially interesting compare to MRI in the study of stress urinary incontinence and in urethral or pelvic-perineal mesh.
