Abstract
To explore the permeability of Fallopian tubes, in the context of infertility, hysterosalpingography is the main method of diagnosis. Selective catheterism of tubes, and sometimes recanalization, are becoming a complement, unfortunately not enough used, which allows eliminating false positives of hysterosalpingography. With a simple, non painful, cheap and easy process realized without any hospitalisation, these techniques allow, in case of proximal tubal obstruction, to avoid coelioscopy and to get a pregnancy in about 30% of the cases.
