Abstract
The objectives of the imaging post-therapeutic follow-up in ovarian carcinomas are: assessment of neoadjuvante chemotherapy response, and recurrences research. In the first case, CT and MRI are tools. In the second case, if Ca-125 increases PET-CT presents the best efficiency diagnosis. Morphological imaging will be secondarily used in these situations to specify the local state if a surgery is indicated.
