Abstract
Uterine rupture of unscarred uterus in second trimester is a rare and severe condition that may threaten maternal prognosis. We report the case of a patient who presented a uterine rupture of unscarred uterus during a second trimester termination of pregnancy using misoprostol. We also review the clinical signs, risk factors, diagnostic methodology, and therapeutic management in literature.
