Abstract
Plasmocytoma is a malignant proliferation of plasmocytes; the ovary is an unusual site for plasmocytoma. We report a case of bilateral ovary plasmocytoma without systemic disease, diagnosed after surgical excision; there was no evidence of biochemical abnormalities, including monoclonal gammapathy and no evidence of bone or bone marrow involvement; the patient was also treated by radiotherapy and is disease-free 6 months after treatment.
