Abstract
This mucinous carcinoma study on 20 cases between 2007 and 2014 is monocentric and retrospective. Patient average age was 62 and 70% had a clinical mass. Radiological criteria were on mammograms: homogeneous mass, less than 5Â cm, irregular borders, without microcalcifications; on ultrasounds: hypoechoic nod, irregular borders, larger than high, without posterior artefacts, peripheral stiffness on elastography; on MRI: not well limited nod, hyposignal T1, high hypersignal T2, type III enhancement curve. There was no difference between pure and mixted types. Because of the radiological variability, a biopsy is needed. Elastography and MRI seem to be the most specific criteria.
