Abstract
Breast metastases are rare, they occur only from 0.4 to 6.6% of malignant breast lesions. They are often found within a context of polymetastases. Histological and immunohistological examinations are commonly used to diagnose them and differentiate them from a primary tumour. Treatment is usually palliative.
