Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancers are often seen in young and/or mutated women and are characterized as cancers with a high malignancy potential. Early detection of this subtype of breast cancer is vital for improving outcomes. On mammography, triple-negative breast cancers frequently present with a round oval or lobulated mass. Circumscribed, microlobulated or indistinct margins are commonly observed. On ultrasound, cancers are more likely to present as a marked hypoechoic mass. MRI shows a more suspicious aspect often with a rim enhancement.
