Abstract
Primary malignant breast lymphoma is rare: 0.04 in 0.53% of all breast cancers. Their clinical symptom is polymorphic. Medical imaging is not specific. Diagnosis can be suggested with cytology and confirmed with pathology. The diagnosis of a non-Hodgkin lymphoma means a careful staging. Prognosis and treatment are the same of other lymphoma locations. The authors report and analyse a primary malignant breast lymphoma case with literature study including epidemiological, clinical, histological and therapeutic features.
