Abstract
The case of a patient with symptomatic bilateral renal angiomyolipomas and pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis, suspected of tuberous sclerosis complex, is reported. The perioperative management must take into account the risk of bleeding and the nephron-sparing necessity.
