Abstract
Medical repatriation in airliner of newborns that cannot be treated locally needs a sound knowledge of paediatric physiology, of neonatal transfer, as well as of aeromedicine requirements. A multidisciplinary team in charge prepares carefully this high-risk specialized mission because the newborn is in poor health and could become unstable during the flight.
