Abstract
Management of TBI with pregnancy always needs multidisciplinary approach in order to optimize the outcomes for mother and fetus. If, managed conservatively there should be rational and judicious medications with very minimal fetal risks. Surgical management is warranted when benefits outweigh risks. Proper seat belt use is the most significant modifiable factor in decreasing maternal and fetal injury and mortality after motor vehicle crashes.
