Abstract
We report the case of a manual worker of 32 years old presenting a cervical injury by metallic projectile with traumatism of the primitive carotid artery and the left subclavian artery. The damage to the supra-aortic arterial trunks was suspected regarding the right upper limb motorial deficit late appearance. Initially, the patient clinical state and the cervical wound characteristics were erroneously encouraging elements. By this comment, we remind you the necessary harshness and the extreme precaution that need to be observed in the care coverage of cervical injuries by projectiles.
