Abstract
In the management of acute coronary syndromes, whether with or without ST-segment elevation, both European and North American guidelines are clear. Early administration of dual antiplatelet therapy has clearly demonstrated its efficacy in ST-elevation coronary syndrome. The question is raised in acute non-ST-elevation coronary syndrome of the ischemic benefit/hemorrhagic risk balance that must be evaluated for each patient and of consideration of the most highly exposed groups.
