Abstract
In patients with ST-elevated myocardial infarction, the best outcome is reached when reperfusion therapy - improved by anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies - is precocious. In many European countries, prehospital management is the key of such efficient strategy. Reperfusion strategy has to be initiated in prehospital setting. Efficacy of the association with aspirin and clopidogrel is demonstrated. Heparin should also be administrated. Such strategy strongly contributes to improve patient's outcome.
