Abstract
The results are given in Average Index of Satisfaction (AIS). Two hundred and twenty-five (225) users are included and 219 agreed to answer. The indices of satisfaction are high, particularly in SMUR intervention, but it seems necessary to have a better communication with the population on the use and the purpose of the SAMU. The analysis of this preliminary study encourages to develop and validated tools for subjective evaluation in the analysis of the requests of the population with regard to medical urgencies.
