Abstract
The methodology is centred on the work of groups where interventions are focused on massage and movement-dance. These tools, as we have shown, help us to be more aware that everything about us, eyes, voice, hands, breath, thoughts, emotions, “touches the other.” The results are organised into categories according to predetermined objectives of the project. All health workers dedicated to health care participated, giving a total of 24 medical staff from medical doctors (2), nurses (14), and auxiliaries (8), operators. We highlight an increase in body perception, promotion and maintenance of an area of psychological and physical wellness for operators, an improvement in the quality of the care and group dynamics. Such proposals make sense if there is a sufficient co-presence of reflection-action, work with the body, and discussion.
