The main risk factors for cardiac arrest were ASA â¥Â III, age under one year, emergency procedures, cardiology procedures and procedures performed in the catheterization laboratory. The main cause of the cardiac arrest was due mainly to cardiovascular hypovolemia. All patients who died or had neurological injury were ASA â¥Â III.
