Abstract

âº Mechanical pain hypersensitivity was increased in the sleep-deprived rat. âº Intrathecally administered antioxidants reduced hypersensitivity in sleep-deprived animals. âº Spinal oxidative stress contributes to pain hypersensitivity induced by sleep deprivation.
