Abstract
Measurement of rh-TSH-stimulated serum Tg is a useful diagnostic tool in the follow-up of patients with DTC. Tg levels under 2 ng/ml accurately identify disease-free patients. This finding, along with the finding that WBS after rh-TSH administration did not improve the diagnostic sensitivity of the rh-TSH-stimulated Tg test, support its use as an isolated test in the follow-up of low-risk patients.
