Abstract
•Targeted genomic testing of primary and metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma was performed using next-generation sequencing.•Genomic profiles of primary tumor and metastatic tumor were compared.•All cases except one retained the same mutational profile in both primary and metastatic tumors.
