Abstract
Diagnostic pitfalls of lymphoepithelial carcinoma include metastatic squamous cell carcinoma, metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and other high grade primary salivary gland neoplasms. Recognizing this lesion may help guide clinicians to perform additional imaging studies to exclude a primary from other sites.
