Abstract
Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the salivary gland often metastasizes to the lungs. It has previously been reported that the combination chemotherapy of weekly paclitaxel plus cetuximab is effective for the treatment of lung metastasis from ACC of the salivary gland. Here, we report a case in which a regimen of this combination therapy provided an antitumor treatment for lung metastatic ACC arising from the minor salivary gland of the hard palate.
