Abstract
⺠We used an established nutritional model of intrauterine growth restriction in rats. ⺠We harvested brain tissues from IUGR and control newborn pups. ⺠Using proteomics technology, differentially expressed proteins were identified. ⺠Collapsin response mediator proteins-1, -2 and -5 were down-regulated in IUGR group. ⺠We report that IUGR state affects the proteome of the brain in newborn rats.
