Abstract
Based on these observations, we conclude that a high load of Aβ and an over-expression of hAChE induce differences in the expression of the nAChR subtypes at various ages in the brain and in the adrenal medulla of hAChE/APPSWETg mice. The findings may have implications for a better understanding the underlying mechanism for AD-related pathogenesis.
