Abstract
⺠A recombinant eukaryotic plasmid expressing CCL28 was constructed. ⺠The CCL28 protein got could strongly inhibit S. mutans in biofilm in vitro. ⺠Introducing the plasmid to rat parotid glands enhanced CCL28 output. ⺠Dental plaque from the gene transferred rats harbored much less S. mutans.
