Abstract
⺠RPL7 mRNA and protein expression are sexually dimorphic in the P1 and adult zebra finch brain. ⺠SRC-1 protein expression is sexually dimorphic in the adult zebra finch brain. ⺠Song is not altered by knocking down RPL7 protein during song nuclei development. ⺠Coactivators may play a role in organizing and activating the songbird brain.
