Hallazgos histeroscópicos en pacientes posmenopáusicas en el Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Ourense

There were no differences between hysteroscopic findings and histologic results in symptomatic and asymptomatic women. Malignant disease was more frequent in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. There was a good correlation between hysteroscopic visual inspection and pathologic diagnosis in endometrial carcinoma, polyps and normal endometrium.
