Infarto tubárico por torsión aislada de trompa de Falopio: presentación de un caso

Tubal torsion is a rare cause of acute abdomen in women, especially those of childbearing age. Because of the lack of pathognomonic symptoms, clinical findings, and their low incidence, diagnosis is difficult, which delays early management and hampers tubal preservation. We report a representative case of tubal torsion.
