Abstract
We present a case of ovarian cyst detected by sonography in an 84-year-old woman with a history of three surgical interventions for bladder cancer. Magnetic resonance imaging gave a diagnosis of bladder diverticulum. We highlight the importance of the differential diagnosis in cases of chronic pelvic pain, in which the possibility of bladder diverticulum should be considered.
