Abstract
Giant fibroadenoma is an uncommon entity that usually presents in adolescence and is characterized by massive and rapid enlargement of an encapsulated, rapidly-growing mass. The fibroadenoma must be distinguished from phylloid tumor, which can be malignant. The cosmetic outcome of surgery is important.
