Abstract
⺠Human PSENEN and U2AF1L4 genes are closely spaced and divergently transcribed. ⺠PSENEN and U2AF1L4 are transcribed coordinately in several cell types. ⺠Activity of their promoter coordinately depends on mutations of common 5â²-sequence. ⺠PSENEN and U2AF1L4 genes are transcribed from common bidirectional promoter. ⺠Their concerted transcription can be an element of regulation of T-cell activity.
