Abstract
⺠SPATA12's core promoter and transcription factor binding sites were characterized. ⺠AP-1 may be a potential transcriptional activator of SPATA12. ⺠SPATA12 could be induced by TGF-β1 signal through AP-1 combined with Smad3/4. ⺠SPATA12 could be induced by heat shock through HSF binding sites.
