Abstract
⺠Pol II CTD phosphatase, Fcp1 is expressed in high level in Drosophila ovaries. ⺠A change in Fcp1 expression level in Drosophila ovaries causes sterility. ⺠Egg maturation requires tight control of Pol II CTD deâphosphorylation in nurse cells.
