Abstract
⺠We investigate the effect of G870A gene polymorphism of CCND1 on prolactinomas. ⺠We investigate allele frequencies and genotype distribution. ⺠The patients were divided into two groups as noninvasive and invasive. ⺠Differences between patient and control groups were significant. ⺠Differences between invasive and noninvasive groups were not significant.
