Abstract

âº cspA expression examined by cytofluorimetry, real-time PCR, pulse-chase experiments. âº cspA expression not limited to the cold acclimation period. âº cspA expression at 37Â Â°C not limited to lag following nutritional up-shift. âº cspA is transcribed at 37Â Â°C throughout the growth cycle. âº Results imply that CspA plays functional role not restricted to cold stress.
