Abstract
âºMorphine induces anxiolytic-like behaviors in mice. âºActivation of ventral hippocampal NMDA receptors enhances the morphine response. âºBlockade of ventral hippocampal NMDA receptors by the antagonist decreases the morphine effect. âºThe response of NMDA was also reduced by NMDA receptor antagonist D-AP5.
