Abstract
Chronic pulmonary hypertension seems to selectively affect TDI annular diastolic velocities of both ventricles in different ways. Additional studies are needed to correlate changes in annular TDI velocities with symptoms and clinical outcomes in chronic pulmonary hypertension.
