Abstract
In case of multiorgan failure in patients suffering from lymphoma and showing features of disseminated intravascular coagulation, catastrophic antiphospholipid antibody syndrome should be considered. In our patient, rituximab followed by weight-adjusted low-molecular weight heparin and bendamustine therapy led to recovery.
