Abstract
The clinical association between thyroid carcinoma and TSH-producing adenoma is rare, with the removal of the pituitary lesion being mandatory. Pituitary surgery, in this case, is impossible, showing that TSH-producing microadenoma could seldom have an indolent behavior.
