Abstract
Perimalleolar femorodistal bypasses are limb salvage techniques that are feasible in haemodialysis patients, with vascular outcomes that are comparable to those of patients who do not require haemodialysis. Nevertheless, patients undergoing haemodialysis have a higher rate of post-operative morbidity and a lower mean rate of survival.
