Abstract
Conclusion. - Cardiac myxoma is the communist primary tumor of the heart. Diagnosis is based upon echocardiography. Surgical management has well out come with low morbidity and mortality. Late results are satisfactory but regular screening is recommended although risk of recurrence is low.
