Tachycardie ventriculaire révélant un ventricule gauche non compacté

RésuméNous rapportons le cas d'une patiente de 55 ans, chez qui, le diagnostic de ventricule gauche non compacté est réalisé au décours d'un arrêt cardiocirculatoire dû à une tachycardie ventriculaire polymorphe. Un défibrillateur est mis en place selon les recommandations officielles. Un rappel de cette cardiopathie de description récente est réalisé.

We report a case of a 55-year-old woman who has a non-compaction of the left ventricular myocardium diagnosed after a cardiac arrest due to a polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. The patient was implanted with a cardioverter-defibrillator. A review of literature of this recently described cardiopathy is done.
