Abstract
Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder is common after neonatal aortic arch surgery and may be primarily related to genetic predisposition. We found insufficient evidence to show that either deep hypothermic circulatory arrest or regional cerebral perfusion decreased the risk of ADHD.
