Abstract
Unilateral postoperative pulmonary edema after minimally invasive cardiac surgical procedures is common, carries significant morbidity, and has identifiable risk factors. Further research is needed to enable a better understanding of the pathophysiology and clinical implications of unilateral postoperative pulmonary edema.
